Booking your next event with us ensures everyone hears about the success of your event through detailed articles on our HOME page and photos in our extensive FOTO GALLERY. Don’t host your next event without reserving the date of your event with TBM to catch it all! Start by following these (3) simple steps: 1. Lock in you date with us by using our Appointment Calendar. 2. Select your package. Choose between the STANDARD package or the PREFERRED CUSTOMER package. 3. Submit your payment. Once your payment is confirmed, your event instantly will become our #1 PRIORITY! This is the ONLY guarantee TBM will attend and cover your event. You have the option to select between our two packages: The STANDARD Package or PREFERRED CUSTOMER Package. The STANDARD package for $150.00 includes: • 75 to 100 photos taken (average is from 75 to 100 photos based on past events) ***more than 100 photos will be an added fee • Article summary with a photo posted on our HOME page • Photos posted in our FOTO GALLERY • Photos on disk without TBM logo The PREFERRED CUSTOMER package for $300.00 includes: • 100 to 150 photos taken (no less than 100 photos) • Detailed article with several photos posted on our HOME page • Photos posted in our FOTO GALLERY • Photos on disk without TBM logo • At least 2 TBM staff members present (coodinator/photographer + photographer) • Event considered first PRIORITY before other events • Flyer positioned in 1 of the 5 spaces on the HOME page random advertising banner • Event/flyer sent to all newsletter contacts as the main attraction * Video interviews of guest at your event and post it on Texas Biker Magazine.com • Opportunity to submit a PREFERENCE LIST to voice a particular preference Those who select the PREFERRED CUSTOMER package will always be our first priority! All other events will follow. If more than one event occurs on the same date and time, TBM will attend the event in which they were REQUESTED to attend before any other event. If the same situation occurs, but no requests to attend were booked, then it is the choice of that staff member whether or not they attend. That staff member is not required to cover any events without being requested. They have the choice to attend that particular event as a normal member of the motorcycle community or cover the event with only 20 to 30 photos (no more than 30 photos) posted on that particular event.
