What a weekend.  The Houston Chapter of Ruff Ryders indulged on a full weekend of fun filled events kicking off Friday night with a friendly happy hour meet and greet.  Bikers from all over Houston took over Grooves Night club where they partied like it was no tomorrow.    There were many smiles as Ruff Ryders traveled from near and far to celebrate this annual occasion.  The music kept everyone on the dance floor and no one wanted to leave after the party was over.

1.  Why do they call you “Phantasy” and tell us what is the meaning behind it“Phantasy” means a desirable phenomenon or a figment of your imagination...”

2.  Why did you start riding?  “I started because bikes are fun and sexy.”

3.  Give three individual words to best describe yourself as a person as well as your personality.  “Determined, successful and a joy to be around…”

5.  What is something that most people didn't know about you and when they found this information out, they were surprised and couldn't believe it?  “People always prejudge me.  They think of me as belligerent and arrogant, but when they get to know me they usually see me as “crazy, sexy and cool.”  I may come across with a strong demeanor due to my professional entrepreneur background, but I truly know how to keep business and my personal fun separate.  Since I live in a small town with approximately 300 employees, people tend to prejudge me based on things they’ve heard about me as a business owner that has had to fire and reprimand employees.  I’m a great caring person who loves to help others.”

6.  Name your biggest pet peeve in regards to the motorcycle scene?  “People portraying bikers as individuals with negative energy and people of violent nature.”

7.  Name your biggest pet peeve about riding with other“When someone rides up close to my back…”

8.  What makes you unique when compared to other female?  How do you stand out?  “Beauty, great personality and sex appeal…”

9.  Finish this sentence:  "After a person meets me, I guarantee they will always remember _____.”  “I am an energetic person who has high expectations with success to prove it.  I’m a licensed nurse and a business owner of three businesses.  I hold seven licenses via the Department of Health and Hospital.  I have the ability to adapt to all types of people.  Also, people love my eyes and personality.”

10.  Why did you choose Phantom Squad and what says you definitely picked the right club when you step back and think about your relationship with your club members?  “I chose to become a part of Phantom Squad because of my finance, Michael Carter.  When we initially started dating, he was the president of the ATX Chapter of Phantom Squad.  Later, he started the Louisiana chapter where I hold the position as the squad leader.  The Louisiana chapter is the only co-ed chapter.  There’s Phantom Squad and the female side, Phantom Playmates.”

Phantom Playmates/Phantom Squad Motorcycle Organization

Phantom Playmates /Phantom Squad Motorcycle Organization "aka" PP or PP‘s was founded in November 10, 2011 by Joshlan Sheantrell Raymo who had a vision to be a part of an organization based on true Sisterhood, loyalty, respect, community service and a shared passion of riding. Phantom Playmates Louisiana Chapter is the original established chapter of the Phantom Playmates and is directly affiliated with the Phantom Squad Motorcycle organization.  Both organizations brought together by a common love of motorcycling and enjoyment to unite and improve our community.

The Phantom Playmates Motorcycle Organization (PPMO) is an organization of women that embodies professional, confident and non- fearing women who love and respect each other‘s beliefs, uniqueness and individuality. Phantom Playmates are independent advocates for the advancement of camaraderie, safety and awareness in a not for profit environment.  Phantom Playmates strive to aide and give back to our communities while volunteering for local and national charities.

Also Phantom Playmates are a group of professional women who demonstrate class, style and integrity in every aspect of our lives. More importantly, the PPMO provides a network of support from the everyday stress of life. We are an organization where members can retreat; enjoy a "DRAMA FREE" environment and simply "JUST Have Fun".

Serving our community is our #1 priority while being committed to “giving back”. The PPMO will be an active and positive asset to our community by laboring with or time and energy and resources.

The purpose of the PPMO is to promote friendship, sisterhood, and goodwill to those that are less fortunate. Being a member of PPMO allows the opportunity to participate with others who share like-minded interests that include charity, community service, and various motorcycling and business activities. Phantom Playmates will unite women otorcycle enthusiasts for fun and excitement of riding together and supporting each other through riding and other social activities. We are strong-willed, independent, versatile, family oriented and business-minded. We strive for spiritual excellence and are role models to women and children aspiring to be motorcycle enthusiasts. Our organization prides itself on being a place where all women with any model motorcycle can feel comfortable riding in sisterhood.

PEEP THA SCENE: Celebration of Life Ride

Written by

PEEP THA SCENE at the Celebration of Life Ride on Saturday, March 3 in Austin, Texas.  These pictures show the hundreds of riders who participated in this remarkable memorial ride.  The ride went through the hill country to end at Woods Fun Center which happened to take a little over 2 hours to complete.  There were hundreds of people in attendance to celebrate the lives of the 14 fallen riders from 2011.  This is what you call unity at its best!
